Sasquatch In Red Dead Redemption!

A Youtube user named budgie1995  posted a gameplay video of Red Dead Redemption that he was killing Sasquatchs. Yep Sasquatchs! It's a videogame you can't be limited on only one!
It's a pretty sadistic video if you want my opinion.
It's a five minute video with him shooting and burning Bigfoots!
Watch the video till the end, it's pretty interesting.

IGN revealed a new Dead Island Trailer, for those who doesn't know the game announcent in 2007 , but the game company, called Techland, couldn't find a publisher , even the official website of the game is under construction for as far as I can remember, so Dead Island news stayed in shadows for a long time.

Voltron Videogame To Come By THQ!

Remember Voltron? The 80's anime that looked a bit like Power Rangers , only way cooler? Well THQ is trying to make a game out of it and in my opinion it will rock!
It makes perfect sense to make a game based on Voltron, because Voltron would be an awesome videogame character and it would beat the hell of this shitty transformers games! Also Nickelodeon is revamping the series with a new Voltron animated series, which is free advertisement.

Except the green short one the others look cool :)

Robotic tigers have never been so awesome.

Teenager arrested after sending threat over Xbox Live

According to media reports, a Maryland teen, who has not been identified by name, stole the login credentials of an Xbox Live user from New Jersey and began sending messages to various students at his school, allegedly writing that he intended to bring a gun the next day and open fire.
Concerned parents called the police, who tracked down the originating Xbox Live account. The account holder was met by authorities, but convinced them he wasn't the one who sent the message. From there, police contacted Microsoft to track down the login history of the account in question, and were able to locate the actual suspect in Maryland.
A press release from the Union County Prosecutor's Office in New Jersey (as a means of spreading local awareness about the dangers of online communication) said that the teen was able to get the other user's username and password from an online transaction involving Madden NFL, on a third-party site.
In the end, there was never any real safety threat - authorities say it was just a prank. But the teen is now learning a hard lesson after being charged with "sending a threatening message via the Internet." Remember kids, death threats aren't protected speech.

What's with all that people sending threatening messages using gaming systems?First the Dsi Killer , now this.

Metro 2034 Confirmed

Metro 2033 is game that passed unoticed from our gaming platforms, although it was , in my opinion, an AA title. The graphics were really good, gameplay was good ,animations were alright, but it got something missing...
It didn't give you the feeling of freedom like Fallout does , it was a bit linear.
Let's hope all these will change since Danny Bilson an American writer, director, and producer in movies, television, videogames, and comic books who is working for THQ claims that new Metro game is in developement.
The release date is : TBA
He also said that it's going to have improved gameplay and 3D support.Let's hope all those are true, because Metro 2033 is a great game!

Duke Nukem Forever...what a game...15 years in the making, three months untili it get released,as you can imagine the hype of this game is up the roof! The King is back and it's back the right time! When all the other game characters are worried about their dead ex girlfriend, their family tragedies, the destruction of the world,Duke is worried about the chicks!
Big gaming websites got their hands on a fully working demo of the game and  here is what they report...

Minor Spoilers Ahead:
Duke after kicking the aliens in the butt,he is really famous, very rich and he lives in his personal casino name "Lady Killer Casino".The game is opening with duke playing another game, that features him as the main character!Pretty fucked up right? In the game inside the game (lol again) you have your first boss fight!

Your first Boss fight,or the last boss fight from Duke Nukem 3D.

Then the camera zooms out from your TV screen and you take the control of the "real" duke, don't you even think that duke has gotten soft and now is chilling out playing videogames...two girls are pleasuring Duke while he is playing the game!
And xbox-like controller.Have you seen a cooler controller in your life?

One thing,I couldn't believe my eyes, when I saw it it's that in Duke Nukem Forever there will not be a Health Bar...not even the red effect on screen that warns you that you're close to death...Duke Nukem Forever will have an Ego Bar!That's right,an ego meter....

Giving autographs must be Duke's favorite hobby.

You can ear ego by puching NPCs in the face, playing Duke Nukem's Pinball or look yourself in the mirror, seems like Duke became more narcissist since his last game!Game creators decided to make the game more interesting after and after some time of signing autographs hell happens!
The aliens come back,angry...very angry...and steal our planet's chicks! That was it.
Duke take law into his own hands!And....

That happens...

They stole our chicks...they had the laser cannon coming....And for the Aliens who didn't get enough...

Activision confirmed that they stop production of the new guitar hero for 2011 and cancels True Crime Hong Kong.

The company also will stop development on True Crime: Hong Kong. These decisions are based on the desire to focus on the greatest opportunities that the company currently has to create the world's best interactive entertainment experiences."

The Xbox 360 Sellings Are Not Doing Well In Japan.

It was former Dead or Alive designer Tomonobu Itagaki who is quoted as saying that nobody buys an Xbox 360 in Japan by accident. Whether or not he actually said this is somewhat besides the point, because it's true.

While Microsoft had (and still has) a very mainstream product in the West, for years, Xbox Japan has catered to a very niche fanbase, finally selling a million total consoles sold in Japan in spring 2009, while rivals the PS3 and the Nintendo Wii had already hit that mark in the first year that they were released.

The Xbox 360 Experiences A Mid-Life Crisis In Japan There are various reasons why the Xbox 360 struggled and continues to struggle in Japan — whether it be the strong brand recognition of Nintendo and Sony or simply general perceptions about the hardware. But it can no longer said that there are not games that cater to Japanese players. There are many games, but thing is, they don't cater to all Japanese players like the way Nintendo games do.

The number of people who are going to buy an Xbox 360 game that comes with a vibrating wand is, let's be honest, minuscule, compared to the number of players who are going to get something with a much broader appeal, like the upcoming Nintendogs + Cats. And many of the Western games, which very much have a diehard following in Japan, likewise do not appeal to mass market sensibilities, just in the same way "very Japanese" games do not generally appeal to the Western gaming masses.

The Xbox 360 Experiences A Mid-Life Crisis In Japan Kinect was supposed to be the breakthrough for Microsoft, and there was unconfirmed chatter that Microsoft was apparently pressuring developers to do things like remove excessive panty-shots in hopes of improving the console's image. These rumors, however, seem unfounded as Gal☆Gun still is heavy on the upskirts. And Kinect was not the magic bullet that Microsoft hoped for in Japan, with the launch generally being viewed as a bust. Roping in two schoolgirl idols might have seemed like a good idea, but they didn't have the same widespread appeal of, say, Nanako Matsushima.

Yet, game studios who made (and who are making) Kinect games for Japan seem left out in the lurch. Namco Bandai games released Body and Brain Connection in Japan when Kinect launched late last year — the game is out in the West this week. As with Brain Age, the game is based on the work of Professor Ryuta Kawashima, but has players use their body instead of a touch pen.

The Xbox 360 Experiences A Mid-Life Crisis In Japan It's an interesting concept, but the way it's being promoted in Japan seems alarmingly close to the way Nintendo does its advertisements, in particular Wii "roundtable ads" in which folks talk about their experiences, such as this Wii Fit one with new mothers. Of course, Nintendo did not invent this style of ad, but has made it unmistakably its own.

Body and Brain Connection is probably the title best suited for Japan and Japanese households. But with Brain Age games already old hat and the buy-in for most players (a console and Kinect) maybe too high, it seems the Xbox 360's change might be too little too late.

Games have caused an increase in rape, says actual, real psychiatrist .

For years, Beverly Hills psychiatrist Dr. Carole Lieberman was presumed to be a fictional character, but today she was identified as a real woman who actually works in Beverly Hills.

Just before being identified as a real, Lieberman allegedly contributed her thoughts to a Fox News piece titled "Is Bulletstorm the Worst Video Game in the World?" In the article, which is amazingly also real, the actual, board certified psychiatrist is quoted as saying, "The increase in rapes can be attributed in large part to the playing out of [sexual] scenes in video games."

Fox News did not cite any evidence to back up Lieberman's quoted claim that rape has increased, or that videogames have caused the alleged increase. There's no indication as to why the quote is even in the article.

Apparently, Dr. Lieberman has also written two books, 'Bad Boys: Why We Love Them, How to Live with Them and When to Leave Them' and 'Bad Girls: Why Men Love Them & How Good Girls Can Learn Their Secrets.' These books are real and can actually be purchased, and were actually written by a person named Dr. Lieberman.

According to Dr. Lieberman's real, very pink website, she's "the doctor who helps you stay sane in an insane world," and she has won three real Emmys. Also, she - not an actor playing a character - has allegedly appeared on CNN, The Today Show, BBC, and other outlets.

Bulletstorm releases on February 22. So far, authorities have not revealed a plan to counteract the rape outbreak which Fox's article seems to suggest may be just around the corner. We recommend you hide your kids, hide your wife.

Note: As Dr. Lieberman's name is misspelled "Carol" in the Fox News article, we have contacted the psychiatrist to verify, again, that she was not made up by Fox News, that the quote is accurate, and that she is not in the pockets of whistle manufacturers.

Call Of Juarez: The Cartel Coming Summer 2011

Ubisoft has announced that Call of Juarez: The Cartel, the third game in the award-winning Call of Juarez series. Call of Juarez: The Cartel will be available worldwide Summer 2011. The last game, Call Of Juarez: Bound in Blood wouldn’t have been so bad if the load times weren’t so long, as it was the game became almost unplayable. They eventually put out a patch that addressed the long load times but by then they had already soured a lot of people on the game.

Call of Juarez: The Cartel is set in present day and brings the best elements of the Wild West to a new and modern setting. As a first person shooter with an immersive and mature story, players can expect to embark on a journey like no other – one that will take them from the heart of modern day Los Angeles, California to Juarez, Mexico.

“Call of Juarez: The Cartel is an action-packed shooter game with a strong story, interesting characters and a wide variety of gameplay options. “The game will bring the best elements of the Wild West into modern times with a very gritty and relevant plot.” Hopefully they fix the issues with the last game and while I don’t think this will be Red Dead Redemption or anything, it should be pretty good.

Kid Charges Mom Credit Card With 1,700 USD Worth Of XBOX Live Content

We all make a few bad choices when we're kids, but Brendan Jordan's bad choices have left his mom with one hefty Xbox Live bill. After he racked up £1082.52 (about $1,700 USD) in XBL charges over the course of several months, his mother is asking Microsoft to help reverse some of the damage.
Dawn Matthews, the mother in question, works two jobs, and hence isn't able to supervise her son constantly. Apparently she didn't realize that her credit card information would be stored after purchasing her son's Xbox Live Gold account.
"I thought it was just for his membership to play online with his friends," she said. "When I showed him [the bill] he burst into tears. He unplugged the Xbox and said he didn't want it anymore."
Matthews is trying to make the case that Microsoft doesn't offer enough protection for children capable of racking up charges with abandon. The console does have parental controls and requires an authorized account to log in before a purchase is made, which Microsoft has pointed out. That's not enough, according to Matthews.
"When he is in gaming mode he can’t be thinking about the money. You can’t put all that responsibility on a young boy," she said, adding, "It is impossible to monitor everything your children do. These companies should take some responsibility. They take advantage of vulnerable people."
What do you think? Should Microsoft reverse the charges, or is the responsibility for Brendan's actions on him and his mom? And did he really not know what he was doing when he approved purchases for 126,364 Microsoft Points?

Anarchy Reigns First Look & Gameplay Trailer

The game we've known as Max Anarchy until now—well, for the past two days—will be known as Anarchy Reigns when it comes to the West. Sega makes the latest game from PlatinumGames official today, with all-new screens.

Anarchy Reigns is described by Sega as a "third-person multiplayer brawler" due for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 this fall. The publisher promises a "a diverse range of multiplayer modes to provide players with different challenges, including Tag Team battles and Battle Royal."

The online beat 'em up will be produced by Atsushi Inaba of Okami, Vanquish and Madworld fame and directed by Masaki Yamanaka. Yamanaka has also worked on Madworld, God Hand and Resident Evil 4, but this is his first go as a director.

"There are plenty of 'versus multiplayer games' where gamers face each other down the barrel of a gun," Yamanaka says of his directorial debut. "Anarchy Reigns is unique in that allows a large number of players to go fist to fist in online multiplayer battles. The challenge of creating a brawler like this is second to none, but neither is the gameplay. The thrill of victory and the agony of defeat are both amped far beyond what you would ever experience in a shooter. I'm making this the game that I have always wanted to play, and I won't stop until that goal is met. I hope you all look forward to brawling online."

The top image shows Madworld's Jack chainsawing in full-color action. Here's more.

Clearly, PlatinumGames is taking their buttocks-rendering know-how from Bayonetta and putting it to good use in Anarchy Reigns. While the character design appears to be all over the place, it looks like there's some amount of Vanquish's art style in this game.

The environments initially look a little flat, but it looks like we've got some more ornate architecture in the background.

There seems to be no dress code in Anarchy Reigns. Armored suits, hoodies, hockey masks, full-on robot gear... all seem to be fair game. It looks like we've got at least nine combatants going at it on-screen here.

Trailer:
