Prinny 2: Dawn Of Operation Panties, Dood! Review.

Prinny: Can I really be a hero received pretty good reviews went it came out and it was a commercial success. The result of this success was the game company to get a contract to make a sequel.
Prinny 2 has a basic menu, that it’s easy to navigate and configure the game to your likings,
There are 3 difficulty options to choose from Standard which is something like Normal, Baby which is Easy and Hell’s Finest! In Standard you get 2 chances before you get to the game over screen, in baby mode you get 3 chances plus safety blocks and in hell’s finest which is the most difficult of all you get only one chance.
The game starts with a few bomb-Prinnies been thrown to Prinnies and that’s all you get for intro, the next thing you do is playing the first level! Let the adventure begin!
So in the first level you fight your way to the castle where the Lord is. When you arrive at the castle your Etna’s Panties have been stolen from a guy named Phantom Thief and you have been chosen to bring them back. In Order to do so, she gives you some magical powers and the real adventure begins…
Take that you filthy nazi-like-pig!

Graphics:
In terms of graphics Prinny 2 is really good! The colorful 2D cartoonish graphics combined with high quality 3D graphics gives this game a unique feeling. Most of PSP games have very poor graphics and repetitive textures, this is tiring most gamers. That’s not the case with Prinny 2,be sure to enjoy a colorful graphics with various textures and some high quality 3D models!

Prinnies can swim too!

Music:
The music on Prinny 2 in the game various from electric guitar sounds to pop and electronic elements! The music is well combined and fit the style of the game, it just feel rights as a whole. The quality it’s top notch and the sound effects are simple but entertaining, you will actually get bored of listening to “dood”.

Flamethrower FTW!

Gameplay:
The gameplay was okay, I found the controls a bit unresponsive, but not all the time, most of the time the game feels and plays good. The actions of the player are well-assembled to the keys and after 30 minutes or so of playing the game you get the hang of it.The game it’s a bit challenging though, it’s not that easy as you may think and it will get you a couple a tries until you get past some boss fights.
I found the game really enjoyable and it worth’s it’s money till the last cent. It’s Obvious that the developers have put a lot of work on this and the deserve your support. If you liked the first Prinny or you have to experience a good challenging PSP game for a long time then go get it!

My rating: 8/10
